The international conference on
"Fostering and building human capital for sustainable knowledge societies in South Eastern Europe"
will take place
on 6th and 7th of March 2009
in Bucharest, Romania.
The aim of the conference is to emphasize the role of human capital for sustainable knowledge economies and societies development in the region as well as for its inclusion into an Enlarged Europe.
The conference will convene about 200 participants representing European institutions and international organisations and donors, RCC, decision-makers from Ministries of Education, Science and Research, Labour and Social Affairs, non-governmental organisations active in the field of human capital building, local public authorities, education experts, researchers, students and representatives from the media.
