The conference will take place over three days from Wednesday 11 to Friday 13 May 2005. After a brief presentation to set context and purpose of the world conference, different contributions will be made by sessions. These sessions include both local and interactive interventions from around the world by using the GDLN (Global Development Learning Network) of the World Bank Institute.
